Delete your FrigoSense account
This page is the public account deletion request page for the FrigoSense mobile app and FrigoSense Dashboard.
How to request deletion
- If you can sign in, open FrigoSense and use Settings & Data -> Delete account. This confirms ownership of the account.
- If you cannot sign in or have uninstalled the app, submit the email address for your FrigoSense account below.
- You can also email info@frigosense.com with the subject "FrigoSense account deletion request".
What is deleted or deactivated
- Account identity data, including email, name, password credentials, social sign-in links, active sessions, webview tickets, and push notification tokens.
- Organization memberships and device claims controlled only by the deleted account.
- Notification and account activity records tied to the deleted account where they are no longer needed for security or operations.
What may be retained
Device telemetry may be retained in de-identified form to preserve device history, diagnostics, safety records, and aggregated product quality analysis. Deletion request records and operational logs may be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and audit purposes.
Timing
Authenticated in-app requests deactivate the account immediately. Public email-based requests require ownership verification and are normally processed within 30 days.
